“Strategic Leadership in the Age of Office Politics: A Mindful Approach”

Image
Breaking the taboo of office politics by applying the ancient wisdom of Anulom Vilom and Bhramari to create mindful, strategic leadership cultures. ๐Ÿ”น Introduction: The Elephant in the Boardroom Let’s face it—“office politics” often conjures images of gossip, manipulation, and silent battles for power.  It’s a phrase that drains energy rather than inspires it.  But what if we flipped the narrative?  What if politics wasn’t about power plays, but about the strategic flow of energy , influence, and intention? As strategic leadership coach, I  am not just here to help leaders climb higher—I am here to help them center themselves , uplift others , and build environments where trust thrives . And to do that, I need a different toolkit—one that includes not just frameworks and KPIs, but breath, balance, and embodied presence. ๐Ÿ”น The Strategic Leader’s Choice: Game Player or Game Changer? Most workplaces have two kinds of leaders: Game Players – Those who master the...

Lead with heart, Lead with care!

Elegant Aging ๐ŸŒŸ "I am not old I have become old" –  "Our elegantly aging elders deserve our respect and kindness. Its utterly heartbreaking and infuriatingly frustrating to see how we inhumanely mistreat our elegantly aging elders ,reacting to them disdainful and disgusting behaviour ,as if they have ridiculously transformed themselves using cosmetics and treating them abominably worse than sworn enemies. This conveys an appallingly wrong message to our innocent children and unbeknownst to us, we recklessly creating a woefully unhappy ending to our own life stories."    We often think that hard work is only possible up to the age of 55-60, while at the same time we preach that learning has no age limit. Ever wondered why there’s such a contradiction?  Why empathy for our elders is crucial not j...

"Lessons on Temperance: A Dinner Table Drama"

"What we preach and What we practice" Today, I had an eye-opening experience at a restaurant that gave me some important insights into the lessons we teach our #children about #respect and temperance. I had just settled into my seat and started to browse the menu when a couple with a child, who seemed to be about 5 or 6 years old, sat down at the table next to mine. The restaurant was busy, and the waitstaff moved swiftly, bringing our ordered food and cutlery with practiced efficiency. As the waitperson carefully placed the plates and utensils on their table, I noticed the man’s demeanor change abruptly. Before the waitperson could even finish setting the table, the man’s voice cut through the hum of the restaurant, sharp and angry. “Can’t you see the plate is dirty? Are you blind? Why are you working here if you don’t have the etiq...

' In this world, they are not just someone else's sons or daughters but are seen as the future leaders, CEOs, doctors, engineers, fathers, brothers, friends, and husbands. As elders of society, #our actions and behaviors hold immense power in shaping their development and future roles . Whether we interact with them as family members, neighbors, or fleeting encounters throughout the day, our conduct leaves an indelible mark on their understanding of the world. Yet, it's easy to forget this profound responsibility, often dismissing the impact of our actions because we don't perceive these children as our own. But the truth remains: children are always watching, learning, and absorbing the lessons we impart, consciously or unconsciously.""My observation of unusual sce...

However, beyond the flowers and kind words lies a deeper understanding of the #woman in the home, #the mother who bears numerous unseen burdens with invisible grace.๐Ÿคถ Imagine her #as a parent, enduring the challenges and negatives that come with nurturing children. Picture her as a family member, often sacrificing her own needs to ensure financial stability during tough times.
